Finding Purpose in Everyday Life (Without Quitting Your Job)
You don't need to move to Bali or quit your job. Purpose is built in small, daily contact with what matters to you.
One of the most common things I hear in first coaching calls is: "I have a good life, but I don't feel like it's mine." That gap between the life you're living and the one you want is what we call a purpose gap.
Purpose is a verb, not a noun
Purpose isn't something you find, like a lost key. It's something you practise. It shows up in how you spend Tuesday morning, not just in what you'd write on a vision board.
Start with what you already love
The clues are already there — the topics you read about for fun, the conversations that light you up, the problems you can't stop thinking about. Follow those threads for a week and notice where they lead.
Build a life, not a highlight reel
A purposeful life isn't a constant peak. It's a series of ordinary days that feel like yours. That's the work — and it's absolutely worth doing.
