About Me

Hi, I'm Amy.

A Clinical Psychologist with a specialization in neuroscience, helping men and women build purpose, drive, and habits that actually last.

In my practice as a Clinical Psychologist, I kept meeting men and women who were doing all the right things — the career, the relationships, the attempts at self-care — yet still felt stuck. They didn't meet criteria for a diagnosis and didn't need clinical treatment. What they needed was a clearer sense of purpose, drive, and a wellness plan that actually fit the life they wanted to live.

So many people try and fail to build habits that are good for them. Not because they lack discipline, but because the habits aren't connected to anything meaningful. I built my coaching practice around proven positive psychology and neuroscience principles — the science of how our brains actually form patterns — to help people create habit change that lasts and carries them into longevity.

Today I work with men and women who are ready to stop starting over. Together we uncover your purpose, rebuild your drive, design self-care that holds, and translate it all into daily habits anchored to the life you actually want to live.

What I believe

  • Purpose is the engine of every lasting habit.
  • Willpower fails. Systems built on neuroscience don't.
  • Self-care is a plan, not a mood.
  • Habits stick when they're connected to the life you want.
