1. Who you're contracting with

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Amy Cameron, trading as Amy Cameron Coaching ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website, booking a session, or purchasing any of our services (including the ALIGN weekly video session), you agree to these Terms.

2. Our services

We provide coaching services grounded in positive psychology and neuroscience, including one-to-one coaching, group programs, and the ALIGN weekly video session. Our coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a qualified healthcare provider or emergency services.

3. Your account and information

You agree to provide accurate information when registering, keep it up to date, and keep any account credentials confidential. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to purchase our services, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
• Engage in fraud, spam, harassment, or abuse of other participants;
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of Amy Cameron Coaching or others;
• Interfere with the security or availability of our services (including probing, scraping, or introducing malware);
• Record, redistribute, or share session recordings or materials without written permission.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within our programs — including written materials, worksheets, videos, branding, and software — is owned by Amy Cameron Coaching or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use program materials for your own personal, non-commercial use.

6. Payment and subscription terms

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Amy Cameron Coaching is the seller for all orders; Stripe handles the payment processing on our behalf. For payment-related questions or issues, please contact us directly.

Programs and the ALIGN weekly session are one-time purchases. Prices are shown at checkout in your local currency where available. Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.

7. Service availability

We work to keep our services available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Sessions may occasionally be rescheduled due to illness, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control — in which case you'll be offered an alternative date or a refund in line with our Refund Policy.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services in the event of material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant any specific outcome from coaching. Results depend on individual circumstances and effort.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Amy Cameron ordinarily resides, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
