1. Who we are
This Privacy Notice describes how Amy Cameron, trading as Amy Cameron Coaching ("we", "us", "our"), collects and uses your personal information. We act as the data controller of the personal information you provide to us through our website, coaching sessions, and the ALIGN weekly session.

- Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support (legitimate interest);
- Send newsletters and marketing emails where you've opted in (consent);
- Protect against fraud and secure our services (legitimate interest);
- Improve our website and content (legitimate interest);
- Comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations (legal obligation).
4. Who we share your information with
We share your information with:
- Stripe — our payment processor for handling payment card details, fraud prevention, and invoicing;
- Service providers — hosting, email delivery, analytics, and video conferencing providers that help us operate;
- Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and tax advisers where necessary;
- Authorities — where required by law or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. International transfers
Our service providers may process your information in countries outside your own. Where personal information is transferred outside the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records are typically kept for 6–7 years). When no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at amyyulecameron@gmail.com and we'll respond within one month.
8. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information — including encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted infrastructure providers.
9. Cookies
Our website uses cookies that are essential for the site to function (for example, keeping you signed in). We may also use analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
